What You'll Do As an Automotive Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while developing the skills needed to advance your automotive career.
Responsibilities - Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Rotate and balance tires
- Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
- Inspect brakes, suspension, and steering components
- Check and replenish vehicle fluids
- Complete maintenance services according to Toyota and dealership standards
- Identify additional maintenance and repair opportunities
- Communicate findings with management and service personnel
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications Required - Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred - Previous automotive experience
- Automotive technical school education
- Current Automotive Technology student or recent graduate
- Customer-focused mindset
