Representative Role OverviewA leading corporation, financial institution, or high-growth company may seek a Corporate Finance Analyst to support financial planning, strategic analysis, forecasting, and decision-making initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Analyze financial performance , variances, and key business drivers
Support FP&A, strategic planning, and capital allocation initiatives
Assist with internal M&A, corporate development, and investment analyses
Prepare management reports, board materials, and executive presentations
Conduct market, industry, and competitive research
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, strategy, and accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical techniques
Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate performance metrics
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in corporate finance, FP&A, consulting, investment banking, audit, or strategy is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint , and financial planning or reporting tools
