Qualifications: What Youll BringEducation: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).Experience: 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or real estate/construction finance.Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with ERP and reporting systems.Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate development, project costing, and financial performance metrics.Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
