ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims, where I developed a passion for helping customers and protecting what matters most. I'm a graduate of Auburn University and Capella University, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees. I also ran track at Auburn and love traveling, seeking new adventures, and even skydived in Dubai!

Serving my community is incredibly important to me. I'm an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA), involved with my local church, and passionate about giving back through service and community involvement.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Amber Murrell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
