Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects while also serving as the Scrum Master, specializing in Project Management Change Management and Agile Methodology. The primary responsibilities include ensuring successful project delivery, effective change management, and adherence to agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budgetServe as the scrum master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to scrum principlesImplement and oversee change management processes to effectively manage project scope changesDevelop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholdersConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project risksCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project executionMonitor and report on project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project deliverySkill Requirements:Expertise in scrum master practices, including facilitating scrum events, coaching the team, and removing obstaclesIn-depth knowledge of project management change management principles and methodologiesProficient in agile methodology, with the ability to effectively apply agile practices in project managementStrong communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address project challenges effectivelyAbility to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing project requirementsDetail oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure project deliverables meet quality standardsOther Requirements:Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP)Agile methodologyConfluenceWaterfallStakeholder Management
