Position: Tosca Tester
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Months to Contract to Hire
Client: Centene Corporation
Rate: $50/Hr. on W2 without benefits
Visa: USC, GC, H4/GC EAD’s
Job Description:
Team member is expected to convert existing testing scripts into Tosca DI including parameterization, optimization, and reporting
Team member is expected to collaborate with QCOE department and establish best practices which will require auditing as more team members utilize the tool
Team member is expected to train other team members on Tosca DI and as ensure proper utilization of the tool
Team member is expected to collaborate with team to identify all possible use cases for Tosca DI tool and perform an evaluation for each
Team member is expected to properly estimate and complete assigned testing within 2-week sprints
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
Team member is expected to identify and track key lead/lag measures pertaining to automation for the team
Team member is expected to track and report number of tests (manual vs automated) for agile assignments
Team member is expected to track number of defects identified, along with root cause for agile assignments
Team member is expected to complete internal items such as timesheets and trainings within a timely manner
Team member is expected to create and track yearly development goals
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related experience. Project lead and training experience required. Software quality assurance testing experience and expert experience with test automation and tools utilized in healthcare industry. Expert knowledge of version control systems such as SVN. Expert skills in SQL data retrieval from a relational database. Experienced in Agile methodology.
