Candidate Source is working with a brand-new, robotics-enabled distribution center in Ashland, VA that is looking for Inbound & Outbound Associates to pick, prep, and ship health, wellness, and nutritional products to customers. This is a clean, modern, tech-driven facility and they're looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members who can start immediately .
Shift/Hours
Two shift options available:
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday and Friday, plus 2 additional weekdays
Four-day work week with three days off every week
Job Duties
Pick orders using smartphones or RF scanners to track inventory and scan bins
Cut boxes and prep items for outbound shipping
Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy
Scan bins and maintain accurate inventory counts
Support other warehouse departments as needed to meet daily goals
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Job Requirements
Reliable transportation to Ashland, VA
Comfortable using apps, smartphones, or RF scanners
Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for a full 10+ hour shift
Strong attention to detail
Basic math skills (counting and simple calculations)
Available to work Sundays and Fridays, plus 2 additional weekdays
Previous receiving, unloading, or scanning experience is a big plus
